3. Bookings and service delivery

When you submit a booking request, you provide accurate and complete information. NurLink will try to match you with a suitable nurse but does not guarantee availability within a specific timeframe. Actual care is provided by independent nurses or professional partners.

4. Your responsibilities

You must have prescriptions or documentation required by law, provide a safe environment for the injection, and inform the nurse about allergies, current medications, or relevant health conditions.

5. Payments

Pricing and payment terms are shown before you confirm a booking. Cancellation or rescheduling policies, including any fees or refunds, are communicated during the booking process.

6. Limitation of liability

NurLink is not liable for indirect damages or consequences arising from use of the platform. Medical responsibility for injections rests with the providing nurse and the agreement between you and that provider.
